A medium-sized bat with a long tail, with a tip of about 1mm protruding from the interfemoral membrane. As of yet, this species is known only on the basis of one specimen. The forearm length is 43.4 mm. Ears oval, their tips rounded, gently funnel-shaped like in Kerivoula; tragus with a small rounded lobe on the outer side of its base. Pelage long and dense, black throughout.
Nothing is known about the ecology of this species.
