A small bat known on the basis of two specimens. The forearm length averages 32.9 mm. Ears have a relatively narrowly rounded tip and a conspicuous emargination on the posterior border. Dorsal pelage is dark brown with the tips of the hairs yellowish brown. On the ventral surface, the tips are ashy grey.
Nothing is known about the ecology or biology of this species, except that it was mistnetted in an open meadow near a water body in a valley surrounded by hills.
